Sharing & Export

Once your dashboard tells the story you want, Kutta gives you several ways to organize it, keep it current, and get it in front of others.

Layouts

A layout is a saved arrangement of charts on a dashboard. Every dashboard starts with a default layout, and you can create additional layouts to present the same data in different ways. For example, an executive summary and a detailed operational view. Arrange your charts, then save the layout to return to it later.

Syncing data

Use Sync Data to refresh a dashboard with the latest data from its source. Kutta re-fetches the data and updates every chart so your visualizations reflect current numbers.

Sharing a dashboard

The Share action captures a snapshot of your dashboard that you can distribute:

• Share directly to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, or Reddit.
• Use your device's native share sheet, where available.
• Download the snapshot image to attach or embed wherever you need it.

Exporting chart data

Beyond images, you can export the underlying data of a chart to a downloadable file — handy for sharing raw numbers, archiving a result, or continuing your analysis in another tool.
